I thought the sun never changed

The light that I used to see has changed its tone

Regardless of the warmth that has captivated the earth

The sun has lately been playing favorites

With some tanning chocolate

And one walking with a halo 

I used to read about prince charming 

Cringy fairy tales I tried to dodge

But a boomerang flew 

Only to return turning fantasy into reality

I've become entranced by the beautiful glow exuded

A young man I used to know hiding in a corner

Has become one I could use one of my three wishes for
