Fake Love

I told you not to take my words so seriously

I told you my tongue was blessed with beautifully crafted words

I told you to run before it was too late

But you thought you were the main character in my story

You wanted me to pretend to be yours

I tried my all to not give you wrong ideas

But you planted a malicious code in your mind 

All the hurtful words I threw your way, you ignored them 

Don't blame me for the misery you have now

Not everyone who crosses your path is meant to stay

Some of us are just travelers
