Even though they don't know doesn't mean they have to hurt you

They lecture you about what you should do when you take time to do what you want

They never appreciate when you do the right thing nor do they acknowledge it

But once you sit down taking a breath all hell breaks loose

It is good they don't know about your big plans

The problem is that you have to suffer during the whole process

If only they took time to observe and understand not assume

At least you'd know they tried

But that is a dream in many children's mind

One that causes incurable scars and stocks insecurities
