Under the smiles she gave passers-by, there was a broken girl

With the scars of a painful dark past a remembrance of the forbidden

She tries to bury all the fury away but her insecurities surface

She is mad at herself for being insecure and too inferior

Letting the dragons burn her soul too easily like paper

And complain to herself behind the curtains and closed doors

Don't be too quick to judge 'cause life is one big teacher

And if you gave her a life exam, she'd ace it with flying colours

Rather fulfil her dreams she fights with her past as she tries to live in the present

Those who don't know take her silence peace, just enter her brain and it's world war five

Her sensitive skin has worn out making her old when she is just a young adult.
